Gill has extensive knowledge of both training techniques and the anatomy of the body and can put together programmes that take into account any existing conditions you may have to manage, with the aim of gaining the results you want whether that be an increase in general fitness, flexibility, weight loss or just an improvement in general health.

Every session is tailored to your requirements, so if you are in recovery from illness or injury, Pregnant or have recently given birth. or just prefer the privacy of individual instruction a Private Session may be for you.

gaining accreditations and qualifications in all aspects
of personal training.
I can offer you a variety of equipment including Reformer and Stability Chair and a program that will make a real difference to your strength, co-ordination, balance, fitness, flexibility, and health.
