There are a number of reasons you’d choose a private Pilates based session.
If you’re new to Pilates be it mat or Reformer or haven’t exercised in a while, a
Private Pilates session will give you the opportunity to work with an expert Instructor at your own pace and level to become familiar with the exercises and techniques on the mat or reformer.
If you’re experienced at Pilates or are already attending classes, and could manage
a regular 1:1 session then this would step things up a gear for you. I always notice
that my clients work harder and see greater benefits for their Pilates practice and
body by working on specific exercises, refining their form and technique as well as
benefiting from the undivided attention of the instructor to help them progress
further, faster.
If you’re recovering from injury or illness or struggling with a persistent niggle, the
Reformer is a great piece of Rehab equipment.
