This exercise will:
Stabilise the shoulders and stretch the muscles of the chest

Dumb waiter: start position
1. Standing with good posture
2. Elbows bent 90% shoulder width apart
3. Palms facing the ceiling
4. Forearms parallel to the floor
Dumb waiter: Action
1. Image you have a pencil placed length ways between your shoulder blades
2. Keeping elbows close to the body rotate the forearms out to the side without squeezing the shoulder blades together and breaking the pencil.
3. Return to start position and repeat 8 times in a slow and controlled manner
4. Repeat 8 times
