Studies have shown that people who exercise in the morning do so more consistently, and have fewer reasons to miss a work out, cause let’s face it who has stuff arranged at 6.30 am in the morning? So get up and exercise.

A Pilate’s workout allows all the deep small muscles to work as well as the larger ones. . The workout will not leave you exhausted and feeling “worked.” Instead, it invigorates the body and leaves you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day and feeling rather smug
